Vietnam visa on arrival: Foreigners who come to Vietnam to invest, to work, to study or to live always want to apply for long-term visa which help them to save money and to travel easily. However, all of them can not apply for long-term visa.
According to Vietnamese laws, one-year visa is the longest-term visa of Vietnam. This type of visa is granted to foreigners whose residence purposes are legal and long-term. These people include:
– The investors who implement their investment in Vietnam. Their name has to be showed on the Investment Certificate or on the Business Registration Certificate of the Vietnamese company. These foreigners will receive Visa B2.
– The employees who have been granted a work permit in Vietnam will get Visa B3.
– The relatives of people who have Vietnamese nationality and guaranteed by these people. The type of visa for them is Visa C1.
– In addition, the foreigners arriving to Vietnam to work, but they are exempted from work permit will get long-term visa by the content of their work.
Vietnam long-term visa is granted by Vietnam Immigration Department and Vietnam Immigration Offices.
